MESFire.com will refund or exchange any product that is currently offered which is in unused, salable condition and in the original packaging. Opened items can be exchanged for same item only.
Returns must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase. Items which have been washed or worn cannot be returned.
Shipping costs will not be paid by MESFire.com when returning an item due to purchaser regret. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Special order items or items that have been customized or modified in any way from the original condition at the request of a customer cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless the return is related to an error by MESFire.com.
Products sold as Clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
If returning the product for any reason, please call MESFire Customer Care at 1-877-711-5557 to obtain a RMA number and the return shipping address. Once a RMA number has been obtained please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form provided by MESFire Customer Care.
- Please ensure the original packing slip accompanies all returns or include the original order number.
- Securely pack the item.
- Ship the package via a trackable delivery method to the address given to you by MESFire Customer Care. Please clearly print the RMA number and return address on the box.
Any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued via original payment type after the return is received and inspected by MES. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
