Ordering

Ordering is easy at MESFire.com, please use one of these methods when placing your order: - Order securely 24 hours a day via MESFire.com using your Credit Card. Your fastest and easiest way to order from MESFire.com is to use our website. Our products are sorted by category for added convenience. After locating the products you want to purchase you can simply enter the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" icon. You will then be directed to your shopping cart where you can view, add or remove the items in your cart. When you're finished shopping you can click the "Checkout Now" icon. You will be re-directed to create an account, order as a guest or log in as an existing customer. Taking the time to set up an account makes future ordering easier and provides convenient access to your account and order history. After creating an account and logging in or entering your information you will be sent to view your entire order, here you may choose the shipping option that best meets your needs. Click the "Submit Order" button once you have reviewed and are satisfied with your order. You will then receive your Order Confirmation Number and a confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address you provided. Once your order ships you will be notified by email. This email will include a summary of your order as well as tracking information for your convenience.

Sales Tax

MES, Inc purchases will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, the Sales Representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.

MES, Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax in: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV and WY.

MES, Inc. does not collect sales tax in the following states: AR, AK, HI, KY, ME, MI, MS, NH, ND, OH, OR, RI, UT and WI.

MES, Inc. does not profit from the collection of sales tax and promptly pays all applicable government agencies.

Tax-Exempt Orders If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call MES Customer Service at 1-877-711-5557. Please be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is shipping. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.

Shipping and Fast Delivery

MESFire.com uses UPS Ground as the preferred method of delivery within the Continental United States.

Deliveries outside the continental United States to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service at the standard ground rates listed below. Please allow for extended delivery times with these shipments. With the exception of APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes, you may alternatively choose 2nd day air or next day air from UPS for an additional $20.95(2-Day) and $24.95 (Next Day PM) added to the standard rates listed for these services below.

Be advised that APO/FPO Shipments may be subject to export restrictions and some items may require an export license and can delay your shipment. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-877-711-5557 should you have any questions or concerns.

Customers should expect an extended delivery time when:

• Merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer
• Merchandise is on back order from the manufacturer
• Merchandise requires any personalization/embellishment
• Shipment is destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, P.O. Box or APO/FPO address

Expedited delivery options are available if you require your order sooner than our standard UPS Ground Shipping. You can specify 2-Day Air, Next Air (Additional charges apply, see below). For expedited shipping, orders must be received by 2 PM (CST) Monday through Friday. Orders received on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box with expedited delivery methods.
